Can we pick records up at your facility?
Yes, HealthMark Group can schedule a day/time for your representative to pick up records and original supporting documents.
If we have an urgent request to meet a deadline, what can be done to expedite the process?
HealthMark Group will coordinate with your firm and process any STAT requests same day or within 24 hours. An additional fee will be incurred under these special circumstances.
